As the world’s eyes turn to Madrid for the United Nations Climate Change Conference, Austin-based Texas Interfaith Center for Public Policy/Texas Impact is sending to the Chronicle daily dispatches from the conference.
In this latest video, The Climate Action Network’s Kevin Buckland emcees the "Fossil of the Day" award to bad-acting countries, a long-standing COP tradition.
